Annabelle launched her career in 2013 as an ABA therapist at the Carbone Clinic, Dubai. Over her 11-year tenure, she held several roles, including instructor, supervisor, assistant program director, and ultimately, program director under the leadership of Dr. Vincent J. Carbone. Annabelle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis on aba from Ball State University. Her expertise lies in delivering evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities across clinic, home, and community settings.
With a focus on Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior and the principles of behavior analysis, Annabelle has developed and implemented effective programs for children, teens, and adults with autism and other developmental disorders.
As the program director at Neam Clinic, Annabelle oversees clinical and outreach services, ensuring that individuals receive the highest level of support. She is also deeply committed to advancing professional standards within the field and providing high-quality supervision and education. Currently, Annabelle serves as an Approved Content Provider for the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO).
Levi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over ten years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She earned her Master’s degree in ABA with an emphasis on autism from Ball State University in September 2017. Levi began her career in ABA in 2014, providing 1:1 ABA therapy within homes and schools in Dubai.
In 2016, Levi joined the Carbone Clinic, Dubai, where she utilized Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior to deliver evidence-based instruction. Her expertise includes conducting behavioral assessments, designing individualized intervention programs, advancing language skills with an emphasis on verbal behavior, and training and supervising behavior analysts.
Since July 2022, Levi has served as an Outreach Consultant, providing consultation to families in diverse settings, including schools, homes, communities, and online. She has worked with families both locally and internationally and has collaborated with agencies in the Middle East to enhance and improve their ABA programs.
Levi is currently the Outreach Consultant for Neam Clinic, where she plays a pivotal role in providing expert consultation and guidance to families and professionals. In this role, she helps to ensure the clinic’s services are aligned with best practices in ABA, offering individualized support and driving continuous improvement in the delivery of care.
Certified by the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO), Karen has over 10 years of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor degree in Education with an emphasis on Learning Difficulties from Notre Dame University, Lebanon.
Karen’s career began in Lebanon, where she worked with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities. As an ABA Therapist at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC) Special Kids Clinic, she conducted behavioral assessments, developed individualized treatment plans, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams. She also played a key role in running sessions across schools, homes, and clinics to ensure consistency in interventions.
From 2021 to 2025, Karen worked at the Carbone Clinic, Dubai, where she advanced from an ABA therapist to a supervisory role. In her current supervisory role at Neam Clinic she is responsible for overseeing assessments, designing and managing individualized treatment programs, creating behavior reduction plans, training therapists as well as parents, and ensuring best practices in ABA utilizing B.F. Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior to provide evidence-based instruction to a variety of children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities.
